Exclusively for our guests, a customized completely gluten-free breakfast menu has been designed by Executive Chef Richard Fernandes of The Westin Seattle, who specializes in gluten-free offerings. Cost of breakfast is inclusive of state, city, and local taxes as well as a service charge (gratuity).
